Project Manager – NetSuite Consulting

A growing consulting organization is looking for a Project Manager to lead ERP-related initiatives, with a strong focus on NetSuite implementations. You’ll manage end-to-end project delivery, working closely with stakeholders and consulting teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and task coordination across multiple workstreams

• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and change control processes

• Facilitate client-facing meetings, steering committees, and internal team updates

• Support quality assurance of deliverables and communications

• Lead project phases including discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate with senior engagement leaders to ensure client success

• Guide and support client change management initiatives

• Contribute to internal process improvements and best practices

What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field

• 3+ years managing ERP or large-scale technology implementations

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Background in consulting or professional services preferred
